KwibeFrame

Privacy Policy

How KwibeFrame handles creative content on your device, and how measurement, analytics, and advertising-related components may process device and usage information.

Effective September 2, 2026Version 1.0.1

Privacy at a glance: Palette photos, extracted colors, notes, recordings, nickname, avatar, and Studio credits are stored on your device. The App also includes analytics, attribution, and advertising-related components (including Adjust, Amplitude, Meta/Facebook, Apple App Tracking Transparency, and AdSupport) that may process device identifiers, product-interaction events, coarse location, advertising identifiers, session tokens, and related technical data as described below. What is sent in a given session can vary with your permission choices, device settings, and which features run.

01

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the KwibeFrame mobile application (the “App”). KwibeFrame helps you capture or select an image, extract and refine a color palette, add notes, and export palette artwork. This policy describes the App’s current design and the third-party components included with it. It does not replace the privacy practices of Apple or of the analytics, attribution, and advertising partners named below.

02

Information the App handles

Images and creative content

The App may handle photos captured with your camera or chosen from your photo library, colors extracted from those images, palette names, text notes, locally recorded voice notes, and generated palette cards or posters. Image and color processing, including palette updates, occurs on your device. Voice-note recording and storage also occur locally. KwibeFrame does not operate a cloud account for palettes, notes, photos, recordings, or Studio credits.

Profile and preferences

You may provide a nickname and an optional profile image. The App also stores settings, onboarding status, local coin balance, and other preferences needed to maintain your experience.

Device, session, and technical information

The App and included components may process technical information needed to install, run, measure, secure, or support the App. Depending on permission status, platform APIs, and which features run, this may include:

The operating system and App Store may separately process information needed to install, run, diagnose, or distribute the App, including in-app purchases.

03

How information is used

Creative content is used to provide the functions you request, including:

Device, session, and technical information may be used to operate the App, understand product use, measure installs and campaigns, support personalized recommendations or advertisements where allowed, maintain security, and communicate with remote services. Tracking-related uses that depend on Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission occur only if you allow tracking.

04

Device permissions

KwibeFrame requests a permission only when a related feature needs it, except for tracking, which may also be requested after you enter the workspace:

You may deny a permission. The related feature will then be unavailable or limited, but other features may continue to work. Denying tracking limits advertising-identifier use for tracking; it does not by itself stop all analytics or App Store activity. KwibeFrame does not require you to change a denied permission. You can later change Tracking, Camera, Photos, and Microphone in iOS Settings.

05

Analytics, attribution, and partners

The App includes third-party and platform components that may collect or process information for analytics, attribution, advertising measurement, and app functionality. Those currently included are:

These partners may receive or process device identifiers, product-interaction events, coarse location, advertising identifiers, attribution fields, and similar technical data under their own terms and privacy policies. KwibeFrame does not control their independent processing, retention, or further sharing.

The App may also send requests to remote service endpoints that include session or authentication tokens, device identifiers, attribution fields, and related request data. Whether a particular identifier or event is initialized or transmitted in a given session depends on your permissions, operating-system controls, configuration, network conditions, and which features run.

06

Local storage and retention

Palettes and associated records are stored in a local database. Images, avatars, generated posters, and recordings are stored in the App’s local media area. Preferences, profile details, and coin balance are stored in local app preferences. This creative content remains until you remove it, clear the App’s local data, uninstall the App, or the operating system removes it.

Using Back to Welcome changes the screen flow but does not erase local content. Using Clear Local Data removes locally stored palettes, coins, profile and settings data, images, posters, and recordings. This action is intended to be permanent for on-device creative content. It does not necessarily delete information already received by Apple, Amplitude, Adjust, Meta/Facebook, or other partners. Device or operating-system backups may retain copies according to your platform and backup settings, which KwibeFrame does not control.

07

Purchases and coins

In-app purchases are processed by Apple and the App Store. Apple may handle your Apple ID, payment details, transaction records, device information, and other data under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. KwibeFrame does not receive your full payment-card information.

The App receives purchase status and product information needed to deliver virtual coins. Coin balances are stored locally on the device. Purchase or credit events may also be recorded by included measurement components. Coins are consumable digital items, have no cash value, and may not be recoverable after local data is cleared, the App is removed, or the device is changed.

08

Sharing and disclosure

KwibeFrame does not upload your source images, palettes, notes, voice notes, profile image, or nickname to a KwibeFrame-hosted creative-content cloud. Information may leave the device when:

Those actions are handled by the destination, Apple, or the relevant partner under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed if required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, or safety. Because core creative content is stored locally, KwibeFrame may not possess copies of palettes, photos, or notes that exist only on your device.

09

Your choices and controls

You can choose whether to provide a nickname or avatar, whether to grant device permissions (including tracking), which images to use, which content to export, and when to delete individual content or clear all local data. Tracking, camera, photos, and microphone controls are also available through iOS Settings. For information held by Apple in connection with purchases or distribution, use Apple’s privacy and account controls. For information held by Amplitude, Adjust, or Meta/Facebook, use the controls those providers make available, where applicable.

10

Children's privacy

KwibeFrame is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their location. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information through the App should use the distribution or App Store listing contact channel so the concern can be reviewed.

11

Security

On-device storage of creative content reduces unnecessary transmission of palettes and photos, but no device, network, or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with appropriate access controls and keep its operating system current. KwibeFrame cannot guarantee against device loss, unauthorized device access, operating-system failures, backup exposure, network interception, or data corruption.

12

International use

The App may be available in multiple countries. Privacy rights and requirements vary by location. Included partners may process information on servers outside your country. Where applicable law gives you rights concerning information controlled by KwibeFrame, you may submit a request through the official contact method shown on the App Store or other channel through which you obtained the App. Requests involving data stored only on your device may need to be completed using the App’s local controls. Requests involving partner-held data may need to be directed to those partners.

13

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when the App, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its official distribution listing when appropriate.
